One of the complaints from fans of the Sims saga is the small amount of base content that The Sims 4 had. With it there’s no longer that empty-district feeling typical of the base game, and even of its expansion pack Get to Work! The game hasn’t only improved on that, but also on the landscape variety the new district of Winderburg is the largest, most varied, and most beautiful one ever seen in The Sims 4. In addition, you can make all these activities take place in a variety of settings-the possibilities of the clubs are pretty much endless. The game is finally more social, and get-togethers with other sims make more sense than before.
The Sims 4: Get Together’s biggest asset are all the new activities that come up when you add the option of clubs. The Sims 4: Get Together also has plenty of new customization options for your sims-hairstyles, clothes, household items, etc.-as well as new interactions (like new places for a little horizontal mambo!) and two new skills: dancing and DJ’ing. With this option, you can make your sims find kindred spirits. In these clubs you restrict the admission of sims based on anything-from personality traits to professions, attire, or mastered skills. The Sims 4: Get Together has, as usual, preset places, but you can create new clubs yourself with special characteristics.
Do they prefer a more laid-back plan? Make them enjoy an evening in a natural pool in the ocean, or creating a huge midsummer bonfire. And you’d be absolutely right, but the difference in Get Together is that now the clubs are much more diverse, and how good a time your sims have there will depend a lot on their characteristics.Īre your sims passionate about dancing and enjoy booze? Make them go to a nightclub. “But there are already clubs in the base game,” you may say. Winderburg has several locations where there are clubs.
